Hi guys, wondering if I could get some feedback about this. I have a 2018 13" MBP. I like it a lot generally, but since I've had it, I've noticed the haptics on the force trackpad are somewhat weak, compared to prior experiences (both with a physical button, the 2015 MBP, and my wife's MBA). When I can hear it I'm bothered less, but when I have headphones in or something, and I'm relying on the haptics alone, sometimes the click is so weak I don't even feel it.

Do you guys also feel the same thing on similar models? And do you know of any way of increasing the haptic feedback (other than changing the click to "firm" which requires way too much pressure to activate).

Thanks!

I have the same issue/feelings. Have you figured out if it’s a hardware problem?

thank you!
