weak time capsule

Using my Time Capsule I am getting super slow upload speeds (as compared with ethernet cable).........and Ive checked channels with iStumbler......and I notice my neighbours levels are TWICE that of my own. How can that be? His says 40 mhz and mine says 20.....is there a way to boost your range or something? ....lost. Thanks

I would recommend doing a full factory reset and then testing again!
