The weather app on my phone shows 73 degrees on the springboard icon however when I open the app it says 66 degrees. Once inside the app it says it failed to update and says "weather unavailable" at the bottom.

Any idea what's going on here?

Now it's updating the weather fine and no longer saying "weather unavailable" at the bottom but the main icon on the springboard still shows 73 degrees although the weather app tells me it's 63 degrees now. Any thoughts?

Are you talking about the standard icon on the home screen with the blue background and the sun that says 73 degrees under it. If you are it doesn't update it is a static icon.

Yes that's what I was referring to. I thought it updated live just like the calendar updates, etc. Thanks for the heads up!
