iPhone Weather App only finds by county

I don't know if this is new or I just noticed it, but my weather app will only locate me by county. I know it used to by what city or town I was in. I am jailbroken on 6.1 iPhone 5.

Turn location off for Weather and set your City manually.

Turn location off for Weather and set your City manually.

I have one set manually. But other tweaks run off of the native weather app and it pulling my location itself. ie. IntelliscreenX

Weather doesn't vary that much within a county. You won't notice a difference.
