weather app that comes with the phone

i seem to have deleted my weather rapp how do i get it back

You may have moved it into a folder, but you can't delete the default weather app (nb: I don't know what the situation is re jailbroken phones).

If you've removed the weather widget from notification centre, you can reenable it in Settings, Notifications, Weather Widget, Notification Centre ON.
