Highly recommend My-Cast. Detailed forecasts and great app. For the best radar data, use Radarscope. It's not pretty, but it is the best radar app on the market.

+1 for eWeather HD. Very cool interface and shows temp on the home screen.

I use Fahrenheit. It's pretty basic and there's now a free version. I tried Weather Live but didn't care for it. So... Fahrenheit is on the home screen for a quick temperature check and I use Weather Bug Elite for everything else.

WeatherSnitch is also a pretty good and straight forward app. I'm using the 1st version because WeatherSnitch 2 has a bloated look and too much info on 1 screen for such a screen as the iPhone 4 has.
