Weather app

I’m not too fond of the weather app nowadays. I’m on 10.2 and I can’t figure this out. It’s 21:10, could someone explain me how can I see the 2am forecast?
Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

They let people who don't understand how a 24 hour clock works loose on this one it seems. I've reported it as a bug when it was in Beta. Worth doing for the production version too.
