Weather Apple Watch x iPhone

Good afternoon!

The Weather app on the Apple Watch has a slightly different temperature / climate than the iPhone. This is normal? Should it be exactly the same, or can it have this difference due to the updated data? Do you have time for data to be updated for Watch?

Does anyone know what can it be?
 
How often does the watch update time?

The temperatures of the watch with the iphone, are not always the same correct? Even if it is 1 degree of difference, they are not always the same, is that so?
