Weather Complication Showing "Home" Weather, Not Local Weather

Up until a few days ago, the Weather complication showed the weather at my current location. However, lately it's been showing the weather at the first "permanent" location I have set on my iPhone. I tried restarting the Watch and resetting the complication, but it hasn't changed. I don't recall doing anything to change it.

Any ideas?
