Weather icon has stopped working after Jailbreak 5 weeks ago

I know the evision jailbreak had this issue when it was first released. I didn't jailbreak my device with the first release of the jailbreak it was the 2nd or 3rd version which fixed this issue ....

I can't understand why this problem has occurred ..:(


Can anybody help me with a fix ?
