Weather icon in Location Services on iPad

Not sure when this happened but there is a Weather app listed in Location Services. This is on an iPad 4 running iOS 8.1 and also on An iPad 2 running iOS 7.1.2 I did have the Yahoo Weather App installed but it in now removed. Does anyone else have this and do they know why? This appears to be the iPhone Weather App but not meant to be on iPad.

It's for the notification center weather.

Yes there is. Open the clock and go to the world view
