Weather is just gone.

I went to the notification center to find that my weather is just gone. I thought it was in settings so I went there and didn't see it. I don't know if it's suppose to be in settings or not. I'm not going to reset my settings just becuase I have my settings the way I like them. I don't really want to do a restore becuase I was waiting for iOS 7.1.2 to do restore. And with 2.8 mb download Internet restores sure aren't something you want to do often. Any suggestions? Has it happened to you?
Edit: Oh and I already tried a hard rest. Nothing happened

Sounds like a data issue. Sometimes data might not be there for one reason or another.
