General Weather iwidets stopped working

Yesterday I noticed my iWidget "LCD Interactive Forecast" started displaying error "Internet!?"

Today my iWidget "3day forecast" is blank because it cannot receive info from yahoo weather I believe.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

It's something with Yahoo GPS service, I've seen some fixes, but haven't been able to try them yet myself.

You may want to read this thread, particularly the pages over the last few days, it explains why. Long story short, Yahoo has ceased the free service which brings the weather to the widgets. A (sorta) fix is in that thread.

I tried this fix. It did fix the error message, however now all it shows is "loading data..." where the weather feed should be.

I downloaded the location.js file and used diskaid to replace the location.js file in my iwidget.
