weather to buy apple care from india or not when there is no issues since 1year?

Hello guys,
need some help i purchased a macbook pro 13" from united stated in month of june 2011 and now as my one year limited warranty expires i am confused weather to buy an apple care protection plan? as since 1 year i am using my mac and there is no such hardware or software issues that i am facing I am in India right now an apple care costs about 14000 INR which is really expensive. so should i go forward and buy an apple care?, is it worth it? hoping for some good and soon replies..

Hey man, I was also in the same situation as you. I'm in India, my warranty is going to run out in about a week, and I was told that applecare for my MacBook Air costs Rs. 15,000.

I decided to buy it, but not from Apple. Instead, I looked on eBay where I found offers for $186. This converts to about Rs.10,000. It's still expensive, but not as expensive at Rs.15,000. Hope this advice helps you in some way.
