So I've read a lot of the threads on here and there are several theories on what is causing battery issues. But it looks like the weather widget is not to blame. Has anyone found SIGNIFICANTLY better battery life after removing the widget. Not just marginally better.

How do you define significant and marginal? I have noticed a improvement since I disabled the weather widget. I wasn't using it much anyway, so I disabled it and it seems to be making a difference.

Significant being another hour or 2. Marginal vein an extra 10-20 minutes.

Oh, if significant is only another hour or two, then definitely yes. I was getting 4.5 to 5 with the weather widget on. With it off, I am getting 6 to 7 hours of usage everyday now.
