Weather widget and app bug

Anyone also has this annoying bug when the weather shows like this when clicking on the weather widget in the app despite it being dark outside? (it was 1:18am) It’s there since 16.1 or maybe longer

I also have problems with the application and the weather widget since IOS version 16.1
Exactly the same as yours.
