Weather Widget Not Working

Hi guys, iphone SE running 11.2



When i swipe left on my homescreen to see the weather widget it just says " ---- "

Yeah maybe.
It's no biggie as i can just click on weather from my homescreen, just want to know if its fixable.

Well in 11.1.1 and 11.1.2 my widget wouldn’t update so I guess only time will tell what issues may show up. Did you try removing the widget and adding it again? Maybe changing the city and then changing it back might straighten it out too. I always hard reset my phone after an update for good measure

What's hard reset sorry, when yo hold down home and power ?

After updating to ios 11.2 i clicked erase all contents and settings and installed it as a " new iphone "

Well, if you erased all contents and settings then setup as new you shouldn’t need to reset. Try to change the city to something different and then back to your city to see if it straightens anything out

I removed the cities i don't need, restarted my phone and now its working ! 😀
