Weather Widget

Hi

Hope you guys can help a newbie here.

I got a 3GS JB with 4.3.1FW no problems with the phone at all and i love it....apart from one annoying thing i can't make any weather widget work on my Lock Screen which is really annoying me
Ive followed the instructions an placed the widget in the correct themes folder etc but it just wont display!!!!!! I have changed the location in the correct file etc but still no joy.......

can anyone help me please before i go mad

what "instructions" did you follow? its easier if you give full details than have us assume what your read as instructions where the right thing to do
