Why does my weather widget never follow the temperature that is within the native weather app itself? Whenever I look at the temperature through the widget it is different from the temperature of the native app! Isn't there a way to fix this bug?

I leave my weather location services on “always” as well as background refresh active for the app

I did that and it's still the same problem.
I’m assuming your on iOS13? There have been quite a few different bugs people are complaining about and it seems like it’s very random on each device. I’ve had persistent keyboard issues with predictive text and other annoying bugs pertaining with typing text. None of the updates have corrected them and I’m almost ready to restore as new and deal with setting up the phone instead of using a backup. Everything else works well though so I’m on the fence with the nuclear option but, it has corrected issues I’ve had in the past on iOS10 and 11

Yeap, iOS 13.2.

I used the iOS system to import my apps and photos from the old device to this new one and I am having this bug and the GPS bug where it is being accessed all the time without having app with permission for it. Should I do a clean install?

That’s a loaded question. Doing a real fresh install is a pain and not a guarantee that it will fix issues that are literally issues with the software. Apple doesn’t always get it right but, it depends what you‘re willing to put up with. The keyboard issues I’m having is starting to wear on my nerves butand I’m about ready to take the nuclear option even if it doesn’t solve my problems. I use the keyboard all the time and I’d take your problem with the GPS over what I’m dealing with...
