These zones display data through weather pictograms and gradients representing precipitations and cloudiness.

This zone enables you to visualize bigger movements of air masses by observing the evolution of the wind and precipitations. You’ll notice the activation of the sun light map.

As known among seamen the Mediterranean area is famous for its multiple winds. In this zone you can discover the very beginning of a gust of wind over the "Golfe du Lion". The wind is represented by barbules.

Weather data types:

- Cloud cover.
- Precipitations (Rain, Snow).
- Wind 10 m above mean sea level.
- Temperature 2 m above mean sea level.

Data model:

- Data from NOAA GFS model.
- Forecasts up to 8 day.
- Data steps : 3h, 12h, 24h.
- Worldwide Cover.
- Resolution : 0.5°, 1°, 2°.
- Data updated 4 times a day (every 6 hours).

A summary of news:

- HD version for iPad.
- Displaying Isobars (see options under "settings").
- Display of 3D atmospheric pressure (see options under "settings").
- Tilting the camera (double tap the top and bottom of the screen).
- No jumping adjustable time (3h, 6h, 12h) in "Settings" (double tap the left and rightof the screen).
- Calendar to select a date. It appears by a tap on the clock. If you select the current date, a "real time"is turned on as before.
- Decrease the zoom limit.
- Possibility to combine the display of symbols and barbules.
- Reduced time to launch the application.
- Reduced time to wake up the application.
- Optimization of memory usage.
- Increase the resolution of the texture (of the weather area) on 3G and iPod Touch.
- Scrolling time loop or not.
- Automatic update Grib file after changing its settings.
- Manual updated (En, Fr).
