macOS Web App Loading Problems

I created successful Web Apps before, but the one I have now is giving me issues...

I have the app finished and it runs fine on the iPhone Simulator in Dashcode. Once I have it saved to my disk, I run the html file on my computer. When I try to run it on Firefox all I get is a black screen, when I try to run it on safari on my Macbook it works. That is not so much of a problem, but when I try to run the Web App on my iPod Touch through safari, safari on my iPod Touch does the same thing FireFox on my computer did... It just showed a black screen.

I loaded my other Web Apps I created on all the browsers without issues.

Does anyone know why it is doing this.
