I tried to start building my web page using my MAC on averizon.net account. how do get the mac to upload to the website. My MAC keepd telling to sign in to the mobileme account. I dont have an account. Do I need an account in order to build a web page

Given your expertise, just go with the fact that iWeb only publishes to MobileMe accounts. Buy a MobileMe account (or get a 3 month free trial) because you don't have enough experience to use a "real" web service.

Well, you can publish to a folder (inside iWeb) and then ftp that folder to your verizon webhosting account.

Gee, that was friendly helpful advice...guess you came out of the womb knowing it all and not having to ask for advice/help ever.

Here's to ya!

Yep, that was very helpful.

Publish to a folder and use Cyberduck or Filezilla to upload. Your web host will likely have tutorials on how to set these up.
