I usually don't have slowness issues, with OS updates, but this is kind of ridiculous. Simply navigating through the Web, regardless of my browser, now feels as though it's being done on a Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro (similar to the one in my signature).

My computer is a beefy 12-core Mac Pro w/ 32GB of RAM (a ton of which Mojave is allocating, mind you) and a Metal-compatible Sapphire RX 580 8GB PULSE. All Web content, prior to this update, was just fine. Now, no matter what browser I use, I find that things as simple as typing comments on heavier websites are now more difficult for my computer to do. It feels like an optimization issue that's akin to the one plaguing CS6 for me. It really does feel like I'm on a mid-range Mac from 2009—not a high-end and heavily-upgraded Mac from 2009.
