Web Design and Server Admin

I have a new Xserve in the rack and a site that's built, but needs some attention. The last developer seemed to do a great job of making the site work on their windows box with an old version of apache. Something like 1.3 maybe and our Xserve is 2. something? So needless to say I am not happy with the site. Happy as I can be with the server. Anyway, I'll digress and just seek some company that is well versed in MySQL and PHP and administering a MAC Server. If anyone has some suggested companies I would appreciate it.
