Could anyone possibly point me to a resource on how to handle a workflow that would hopefully "batch process" images for presentation on the web. I have Adobe CC 2017.

I know that I have to maintain a library of image assets for the various Apple retina devices plus the Android devices. And do Windows devices have their own naming conventions also?

Then, if I were to use those images in Adobe Animate, would the devices automatically "pull" the correct file for presentation on each device if exported as HTML5 Canvas if they were all batch exported with the correct DPI and naming conventions?

This all seems pretty insane to me - and I just find myself overwhelmed with all of the "tech".

I was formerly proficient in Flash animation prior to a head injury - I'm finally recovering and the world has just been blown to bits ;)

I've run across some workflow tutorials on just dealing with managing retina assets - but those are already outdated, as we already have @3 and God knows what they'll make up next?

I don't know if I can just use a tool like Adobe Bridge or what to manage the original files, that I can then manipulate with Photoshop, batch process the files, and then use Animate to produce some cool effects.

I realize I probably sound like a complete idiot, which I've found that I am.

Thanks very much for any advice/direction/links.
