Web filter recommendation

I'm looking for a web filtering product that meets these 2 criteria

1. can have different settings for different user accounts on the mac
2. has categories to automatically block a) web games sites (pbskids, disney, Facebook games) and b) celebrity/gossip sites

net nanny fails number 2 and K9 fails number 1.

any suggestions?
