Web hosting on a XServe

I am working on my site called CTCSocial.com and I found a new system I want to use but I am not sure how to make a database with MySQL and put the new site on the web.

My XServe is a G5 running 10.5.

been a while since I installed, but follow directions here to install the actual mysql then install Sequel Pro for a GUI to add databases, tables, etc.
