Has there been any sort of Apple product launch like this? Jaguar came out in the evening in retail stores, and I don't remember if you could pre-order. Panther (and I think Tiger) you could pre-order and it would arrive the day it was available at Apple Stores (maybe earlier) and someone mentioned an iPod was released in the evening at stores, but no mention of web orders.
