Web Page Language (not code)

I've searched to no avail, so now I'm asking for any recommendations. I live outside of the U.S. and travel a lot. Unfortunately, I'm tired of all my favorite we pages change to the local country language when I get there.

Is there some extension in Safari that I can use that will prevent this from happening? On some of the web pages finding the button to take you back to the English pages takes you 15 minutes to find!
