Web Page Sniffer...

Saw this awhile ago on TV I believe, and I think it was running on Mac's...it looked like a WLAN sniffer that displayed web pages as pop ups, it had a smooth UI and the pages people browsed poped up. The guy was in a Starbucks and when he started up the app it starting poping up what everyone else was browsing. Any ideas? Thanks!
