are there any pre built lil apps that i can install into my "sites" folder (having turned websharing on) that will have access to all my media, so that i can stream it to my wii / other computers?

if not... there ****ing should be

But yes there is and yet there is not.

Dot.tunes has been around and just recently they found a workaround for Wii's inability to play mp3 on it's internet channel. It uses a flash player to stream your music, but I've already tried this technique the songs buffer every 10-30 seconds or so. So it's hardly a decent app to work with for Wii streaming.

There's also Wii Media Center X, a java program, but that's hardly a beta and is pretty much useless right now.

So give it a month or two for the developers to get their resources together and get all the kinks out. m'kay?
