My current web site is in iWeb. I'm considering moving the site to another tool, such as RapidWeaver, but I'm not sure of the best way to transfer over the text, images, and other stuff that's not part of the site's theme in iWeb. Is it possible to crack open the Domain.sites2 file iWeb uses, and get the media from there? Would I be better off downloading the published site via FTP and working from that? Please advise.
