I have fallen upon a very very strange problem and need the assistance of fellow Mac users, maybe someone else seen this problem?

I really dont know from where the issue could be, as i tried to solve this in multiple ways but cant manage.

Some webpages render very very strange, and there is really no way some webpages can be used. (see images)
So i tried to download another webbrowser, thinking Mojave and safari is outdated. However, neither Chrome or Brave solved the issue and my Mac Book with high-sierra on same network renders same websites just fine.

I tried making another user, and logging in to fresh user. But same problem is also on that user.

I tried switching between different routers to see if there is a network problem, however that didnt help.

I think something has happened maybe to some shared code library or somehting, that makes the webbrowsers render the pages wrong.

Have anyone seen this problem before? Is this a webkit corruption problem or something else related to OSX way of rendering websites? Or is it just a setting somewhere? The computer is not very usable now for alot of tasks involving webbrowser.

Rebooting does not help.
New user does not help.

Running mojave 10.14.6
Running safari, chrome and brave browsers all same result.

Please, anyone seen this before? Reinstalling this machine will be real pain because of how it is setup.

Computer running dual screen setup, but i tried running it single screen also and that does not help.
