Webcam for Windows XP

Hi MacRumors friends!

I am heading off to graduate school and have decided to buy my mom a Webcam for her old-ish HP desktop. I am planning to get her an AIM or Skype account, so if it would work for both, that would be excellent. Price range? Well, under $30 would be peachy.

Any ideas?
