Webcam - leaving it on / viewing remotely

Hey I have a new g5 dual core intel, would like to know how i could possibly set my computer to leave the camera on continuously - so i can view it remotely. I have family members who use the computer too, and would turn the program off. Is there a stealth type program i could load , or some setting i could use to leave it on?

Thanks! I'm new to the mac world!
