I've been wondering this for a while now.

For some reason, my iMac PPC G5's built in webcam does not work with sites like Stickam.com, only the audio works with the built in mic. There are also some java based chats with webcam features I cannot access as well, only audio.

Any idea why this is and how I can fix it? Or am I missing something on the site itself?

EDIT:

I also remembered another question.

One of my friends has a Macbook and uses Bootcamp to use Windows. On the OS X side, we can video chat just fine, but on the Windows side, we can't video chat at all.

Anyone know why and how to fix it?

I don't think there is a driver to make the camera work on windows but it totaly depends on which windows it is.

If the bootcamp is updated to the latest version it should work.

Ya that is right if the boot camp is updated it should work fine then. With Boot Camp the Macintosh Drivers CD includes drivers to support the iSight Camera within Windows XP

For the sake of argumant (because I'm not sure if my friends Bootcamp is compleately updated.. probably is though) What could be the problem if it didn't work.

How long ago was this update for iSight?

And what about the webcam sites? Anyone else try using Stickam?
