Webcam Security

Hello mac users. My girlfriend just bought a pc, i know, boooo, but she has a feature that I did not expect a pc to have. She has webcam security. She can set her webcam to turn on and record if it detects something or someone near. I was wondering if my macbook pro has the same feature.

There's an app called iAlert (I think) that will do this.
