webcam with isight

for my PC, i use a program called "webcamXP" and it allows me to set up a server with my IP address. multiple web users can just load the IP link i'll give them and load a webpage with the video i'm streaming off my webcam. is there any program like that with a mac?

(i have a macbook by the way)
