Webcams not working on anything but photobooth..

On my 6-month old MBP, neither my iSight or external webcam won't work with the following:
Gtalk
Meebo
tinychat.com
Skype

But they DO work with photobooth.

So far I've:
Downloaded all latest updates
Reinstalled skype multiple times
Tried skype on a separate account
Repaired permissions

What now? :/
