WebKit Makes OSX 10.5.8 on a Mac Pro 2009 Not start Properly

Hi guys! So I have a mac pro with 10.5.8 for program reasons. I installed webkit and Installed the installer script. And now when I turn it on it shows spotlight crashing and it wont start up fully. Can I have some advice how to fix this.
