When I launch Safari while WebKit is running, Safari immediately opens all the windows and tabs that Webkit has up.

Similarly, when I launch WebKit while Safari is running, WebKit immediately opens all the windows and tabs that Safari has up.

Is this normal/expected behavior?

Is it intentional?
