Title pretty much says it all. When I first open a webpage it's black and white. Only for a split second , than the color comes back to normal. Usually after a period of time, it doesn't do it if I scroll through bookmarks or anything like that . If I end all tasks and reopen page it will happen. I am using chrome and was wondering if anyone has any insight ? I googled and searched this forum and couldn't find anything.

I believe that's how Chrome displays cached web sites. When you come back to it it shows it in black and white to sort of indicate that it's an older cached version (or even just a screenshot) while the more recent version is loaded and appears in color.
