Webpages not loading

Hi,
Recently I found that certain webpages like google and hopstop are no longer loading. I tried to check the settings and they seem fine. I also dont believe that the sites are blocked. Any help in understanding why this might be occurring would be SOOO appreciated!

I had that this afternoon, but that was the Apple.com/Uk website. I restarted my Mac and loaded the website up and it went perfect like usual.

Unfortunately I've tried that and it didn't work. Both Firefox and Safari won't upload the sites.
