I've setup a mac as a web server (using OS X's built in apache web server) and it works great, I can use any web browser to navigate to all the folders and files on my music drive and listen to all my many gigs of music. BUT, I can get it to play playlists, I have to click on each individual song if I want to hear it.

I have an M3U playlist file to play all the songs of an album, but when I click on it, it doesn't work. The M3U file wont play when I click on it, and it won't even play when I open VLC and manually open the URL for the M3U file.

So I think OS X's apache web server isn't properly serving up M3U files. Is there a MIME setting I need to change?

Whadda ya think?
