theres a website i frequent with a really cool background behind the text... is there any way for me to get that image? maybe something with html codes? anyhelp would be usefull

Yes, you should be able to find it in the HTML source. But since there are various places it could be hidden, the fastest way might be for you to post a link to the page here and one of us can track it down.
 
Okay...what background are you talking about?

Is it the "schematic" in the central part? If so, here it is.

Edit: Actually, with Firefox, you should be able to just control-click or right click on the background and then choose "View Background Image" from the contextual menu.
