Website keep reloading

While i am using safari, i sometimes open a new window. When i go back to the first window, it reloads most which means i lose stuff i.e when im wrting something

Is there anyway to stop this?

This is due to the RAM limitations on the iPhone. When Safari runs out of system RAM it dumps non-visible pages. This is likely to be less bad on the 3GS as it has twice the system RAM...

It happens to everyone, it's just how Safari on the iPhone/iPod touch works. It reloads the data after you've been on a different page for a certain period of time.
