I suggest you try another browser first. If it loads fine that points to something wrong with your Safari configuration.

If that is the case, I suggest you disable all extensions, delete all cookies & caches, reboot, and try again.
 
Happened to me last year, and it was only for Walmarts website. Deleting all the cookies and website data for walmarts website in the safari preferences was able to fix it for me.

I made a thread about this exact issue, search for it and see if there were other fixes. But deleting the website data is what fixed it for me.
 
It looks to just be loading the HTML. Very strange that it's only doing it for one site but delete website data and let us know how you get on.
