Websites not working!

I just got my MacBook yesterday, an since then I could not use Facebook on it. The log in page came up perfectly fine but then my home page and profile wouldnt load! Only the top bar that said my notifications were on the page, and I could not access them.
Also, Hotmail is not working! It is just a blank page! I tried resetting my Safari but that just lead to me not being able to connect to WiFi -__-
Can someone please help me?

Are you able to load any other websites? It might be a problem with your router or maybe your internet connection is down. Try using a wired connection (plug the ethernet cable straight into your MBP) and check again.

Try a different browser and see if it works.
