Websites to look up Themes, etc.?

Hello all, I'm brand new to the JB world and I'm setting up an old iPhone 3G (with just WiFi) for my kids to use for games.

I've installed Winterboard and searched through tons of stuff on Cydia, but everything is so jammed together it's hard to find quality complete themes.

So my question is, are there any specific websites to look up themes/sliders/sounds/etc.? Also, is Cydia to Winterboard the only way to install these?

Would really like a nice Super Mario Theme complete with sounds and all specifically if anyone knows of a good one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
