Websites with iPhone friendly video content

Some websites are starting to put out iPhone friendly video content and I thought it might be nice to compile a list of them. The only two I can think of off the top of my head are You Tube (duh) and NBC, but I hope there are more out there. Please post any that you know of. Also feel free to post websites that have good (legal) video content that don't play nice with the iPhone and if everyone would send in an e-mail to those places and show them a demand maybe we can get some more. I would like to see CBS put up some of their sitcoms, like 'The Big Bang Theory' (yeah I'm a nerd), as full episodes for the iPhone. (Please post the website's feedback link for convenience.)

Does NBC let you watch their full episodes on the iPhone because I'm only able to see crappy 2 min clips. I think Android users would be able to as they have flash and the full episodes are in flash. I hope the iPhone is able to access these too.
 
I found a few iphone friendly porn sites. oh whoops Mr. Jobs says thats not what iphones are for.
